Pre-Registration is Now Open!

P2O fans, this is the moment you’ve been waiting for!  Pre-registration for the fifth annual Porsches 2 Oxford event is now officially open.  The sooner you pre-register, the sooner we can get your details in proper order so they await your arrival in uptown Oxford in the last weekend of July.  Attendees planning to reserve a parking space in Marylynn’s Row are asked to do so as soon as possible as volunteers anticipate the spots going quickly. When all 40 spots are gone, you’ll miss your opportunity to help fight cancer with a donation to the American Cancer Society and park your car next to others who have elected to do the same. But that doesn’t mean the fun doesn’t include everyone.  P2O organizers have reserved extra street space in anticipation of 500 cars for this year’s event so no matter where you decide to park, you’ll find a great spot among your Porsche friends.

Consider signing up for our Sunday road rally with the professionals at Scenic Road Rallies.  Ask anyone who has participated in a prior P2O rally and they will have you convinced to sign up and give it a try.

Pre-Registration Opens March 27th

Event Pre-registration will open on Friday March 27, 2009!  We’re excited about this year’s event and our goal to entertain 500 Porsches from all over the country on the quaint uptown Oxford streets.  And we’re hopeful this will be the best P2O ever! We’re taking steps to outdo last year’s event (which has not been easy!) and continue to grow our ‘casual Porsche party’ into the premier Porsche cruise-in in the United States. Our online Pre-Registration protocol has been streamlined to help you register for the events that interest you most.

We hope you consider Marylynn’s Row by donating $100.00 to the American Cancer Society. Youe help goes to those battling the second leading cause of death in the United States and also secures your reserved parking space directly at show center near the Oxford bandshell. Help keep Marylynn’s courage, spirit, and vision a guiding light for the event she co-founded.  Enjoy Sunday fun with a road rally with other P2O guests hosted by the pros at Scenic Road Rallies, LLC.  If you have not attended this event, you are missing out on big fun along the Ohio-Indiana countryside.

Looking to reserve a prime parking spot at Porsches 2 Oxford 2010? We’re holding 75 special parking places directly in front of show center for special Porsche owners wishing to park in the most coveted area of uptown Oxford and help fight cancer!  P2O Event Co-Founder Marylynn Roe courageously battled cancer until her passing in 2006 but her spirit lives on and your help CAN make a difference. Your $100.00 donation* goes directly to the American Cancer Society and helps fight the second-leading causes of death in the United States. Everyone knows someone battling cancer or who lost their life to the disease, and this is your chance to do something about it and display your Porsche in a great location!  All donations are tax deductible to the maximum extent of the law and Marylynn’s Row participants will receive a receipt directly from the ACS.

Simply add a Marylynn’s Row product to your pre-registration car at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.  Your Porsche will be reserved for one of 40 parking spaces along High Street next to the uptown bandshell. While there are no bad parking spots at P2O,  here’s your chance to reserve a prime spot in advance.  Event organizers will guarantee your Porsche one parking spot in Marylynn’s Row on or before 11am on Saturday July 30-31, 2010.  Row participants can choose their spot on a first-come first-serve basis.

Your $100.00 donation includes:

1. $100.00 donation to the ACS Cincinnati Chapter  in the registrant’s name
2. Donation tax deductible to the maximum extent of the law
3. Reserved parking in front of the Oxford bandshell along High Street.  Participants will park on both sides of the street; in front of Starbucks Coffee and Great Steak & Potato on one side and along the bandshell pavilion on the other.
4. Special colored window placard for your Porsche to identify your Porsche as a Marylynn’s Row participant
5. One Marylynn’s Row ID badge and lanyard mailed in advance of P2O to gain access to Row parking and show other P2O attendees your generosity throughout uptown Oxford!

Progress Continues on Web Site

We’re making great progress on the web site redesign. It’s been a long process but we think you’ll like the changes!  If every thing goes according to plan, pre-registration will open in the next week or two. Please check back here often for more details on pre-registration.

Sponsorship has gone exceedingly well for us in 2009. Despite the tough economic times, P2O is a product and experience that’s hard to say no to!  All of that credit goes to the attendees like yourself.  The streets of Oxford have been repaired to better-than-new condition and gas pries are nearly half of what they were just 8 months ago.  This year promises to be the best P2O yet and volunteers are planning for nearly 500 Porsches over P2O weekend, making the event one of the largest and most anticipated P-Car events in the country.  As planning continues for our fifth anniversary, we’ve come a long way in a short amount of time!
